In its effort to smoothen the processing of bulk submission of Annual Returns during this peak period, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia has introduced two new documents that are to be enclosed with each bundle of bulk submission.
The new documents are :-
a. Bulk Submission Checklist
This checklist is to be filled and signed by the company secretary confirming compliance with the requirements relating to bulk submission.
b. Acknowledgement Form
This form is also to be filled and signed by the company secretary. The second copy is to be kept by the company secretary/ secretarial firm as evidence of submission.
The SSM's Bulk Submission Counters at the First Floor of Menara SSM@Sentral will be operational from Monday, 18th July 2011.
Please note that :-
a. bulk submission is only allowed for documents that are within lodgement period (i.e. no late lodgement documents);
b. each bulk submission consists of not more than 5 companies;
c. mode of payment accepted are those made via cheques, bank drafts, money orders or postal orders only;
d. only cheques issued by management firms e.g. audit firms, legal firms and secretarial firms are accepted.
